The second floor is the lobby. Units start on the third floor. There are only four units per floor—only 80 in the entire complex.



This is a Gulf-facing, West corner unit with great visibility of the beach and water. You can see the waves AND the sand from the kitchen. PLUS, you can park on the third floor of the multi-level garage and take the short walk directly to your unit—no elevator necessary.



Under new ownership as of late 2022, and there have been many upgrades since—including a new king mattress/box in the master bedroom. The noisy ice maker has been replaced by a wine fridge. Most recently, the hall, kitchen, dining, and living areas received fresh paint.



At almost 2,000 sq ft, there is plenty of room for your family, or your getaway with friends. Unit 301 offers four bedrooms, three full baths, and NO carpet. It offers a keyless entry door lock for convenience, and full-size appliances, including washer/dryer in the laundry closet. The living area has a 65” TV. The master bedroom has a king bed and 47” TV. The other three bedrooms each have a 39” TV and two queen beds. With a king bed and six queens, it sleeps 14 in all. Five of the seven beds are solid wood frame for a more stable sleep experience.



The balcony is spacious for those who prefer to stay close to home. Conversely, you can quickly and easily get to the beach since there is no elevator shortage at PGS. Or, if you prefer to get your steps in, you are only 54 stair steps away from ground level—no elevator necessary.



PGS has a zero-entry outdoor pool with water slide, a heated indoor swimming pool, two Jacuzzi’s, a fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.
