Great location!

The house was perfectly located on the beach. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the view. The beach was quiet, family friendly and dog friendly. We can’t wait to stay there again!

Amazing Stay

We had such a great time. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Incredible view and only a few steps from the water. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host had great communication and even had a hose replaced the same day we mentioned the one there was leaking. We hope to back again next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location right on the beach was wonderful. So, of course, the views were amazing whether inside the house or sitting out in the covered deck. We loved it, just the thing we were looking for…a beautiful beach getaway.

Thanksgiving at the Beach!

Loved the property, location, and all the fixins. Family holiday gathering and all went according to plan. Great setup for 5 adults and 2 doggos.

Great location

Location on the beach was perfect. Away from the crowds of orange beach. House was nice. Bedrooms are small, not much room for luggage. But living/kitchen area was very spacious and updated. We loved watching the dolphins in the ocean in the mornings from our porch. Great location. Would stay here again.

Great Place!

Exactly what we needed and as described. Cannot beat the proximity to beach and water, having the covered porch to sit on and hang out with the dogs was fantastic. Furnishings and kitchen all very clean and convenient. Beds were very comfortable. It was perfect for 2 couples. Main bathroom is a tad small but having the sliding glass doors open to the gulf offsets that. Overall great experience on fort morgan and we would stay here again.

Even though the weather was less than perfect, we spent most of our time on the porch. Perfect Relaxing Retreat

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach shack. The location on the beach was perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. The house had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. We had no issues the whole trip. If you do want to goto Gulf Shores the drive is super simple, but takes about 20ish min. We spent most of our time on the porch watching the ocean and the birds. Staying in November is nice because there are so few people. We barely saw anyone on the beach. The weather was still warm ebough to enjoy our time outdoors. I would recommend to others wanting to stay in a house on the beach.

Family Beach Trip

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The location and size was perfect and overall the experience was positive. The home had everything that is stated in the listing. The check in and check out process was easy, too. There was evidence of pet hair on the furniture and master bed linens which we didn't like, but the listing does state the property is pet friendly. If you want a quiet, laid back space for your family to spend quality beach time, this is your place!

Best location!

The location right on the beach was amazing. We saw dolphins from the front porch every single day. The white sand beach was beautiful, the seashell collecting was top-notch, and the neighborhood was peaceful. The house was exactly as advertised. It was a great layout for two couples and three kids, plus two dogs. The only drawback of the vacation was the amount of jellyfish, but of course that is not the property management's fault. 10/10 would stay here again, even with a 12 hour drive from Texas! Perfect place to unwind and reconnect with old friends.

Beautifully decorated, awesome kitchen & supplies, comfy beds, fabulous views (loved all the windows). And top it off with the roomy, covered porch and short walk to beach. We were so grateful such a terrific spot also welcomes dogs; we took our sweet girl for her first beach visit ever - she loved it equally as much. Thank you to the owners for sharing your fantastic spot. (And to the cleaning crew for making it sparkling & welcoming!)

We grew up visiting Ft Morgan and when dad was diagnosed with cancer, his wish was to spend some time there. I found this house about a month before we wanted to visit. When we got to the Beach Shack, I was almost in tears of how perfect it was. The view was amazing, with easy beach access. The house has space in the most important part, the living area. The beds were comfortable. The AC worked really well! There’s an outside shower that’s perfect for rinsing off after a beach day. I can’t say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Beach Shack. My dream of bringing my pup to the beach as been fulfilled. The house was well maintained, has all the modern touches and accurately matched the pictures on the website. We loved the beach access, outside shower, covered porch, well equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. The kitchen comes with all the pots, pans, grilling items you would need - there is a toaster and coffee maker. (Bring you own coffee, seasonings, sauces etc). Don't forget to pack bug spray. (so happy to have seen other's reviews before traveling). All bedrooms come with TVs and the living room one is perfect for the family and football!The owner provided quick responses to any questions or concerns (we were travelling during Hurricane Helene). We spent most of our time on the beach, but did check out Selah Coffee and Fort Morgan Pizza which were both good. We hope to be back soon with family and friends. No complaints at all, only that the vacation is over.

We slept in the beachside bedroom & the bed was very comfortable. Listening to the waves every night was so relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware & necessary small appliances. The bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of fluffy towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice & perfect for meals outside & relaxing during the day. The property manager was very responsive & kind when we had an unfortunate situation with our dog & the screen door. The end result was more than fair.The only issue was our gps told us we'd arrived at Privateer Ct. It took a min for us to figure out we had to go to the next driveway. LOLI have already recommended this property to friends & sent them the link.
