Needs updated

Our stay was nice but little stuff needs updated. Rusted shower curtain rod in master bathroom, dryer, rusted chair on balcony that is crumbling every time some set in it. Mold I’m hall bathroom rusted can opener. Most of the outlets didn’t work to charge phones and stuff.

Worst Place To Stay

The A/C wasn’t working when we got there, there was no parking and we got a ticket, we had to pay for parking because it is not included, and the worst part was we were on the 18th floor and the elevator was BROKEN for THREE of the seven days we were there. Horrible experience.

Sea wind

We loved our stay at sea wind 1808. The master bedroom and bathroom were just as advertised. We saw dolphins every morning from our balcony. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. If I had to say anything negative it would be the elevator. With so many units and only 2 elevators it, at times, was a lengthy wait. But other than that it was perfect. I would definitely recommended this to anyone wanting to stay in Gulf Shores.

Perfect Beach Condo for a Family!!!

Seawind 1808 was the perfect vacation destination for our large family! The owners have paid extreme attention to detail in every imaginable detail. The condo is right on the ocean with an incredible view from the 18th floor, and only half the walk to the water that any other condo has been that I have ever stayed at on the ocean. We enjoyed a wonderful dolphin show from our balcony, and it was high enough up to miss the noise of other visitors but still enjoy the peaceful sound of the ocean waves. It was impeccably decorated, incredibly clean, and well furnished. The free wifi was very fast and never a problem. It easily sleeps nine with room to spare, and the sofa bed is quite comfortable, too! The two bathrooms are very large, and we really appreciated having a full-sized laundry room to store things as well. There were many extra blankets and towels for use. The owners were wonderful to answer our questions before we came, and we would have felt comfortable reaching them if there any problems (there were not). We loved the fact that the master bedroom also had balcony access. We have never stayed at such a desirable location! We were walking distance from several restaurants! One, Sea N Suds, is literally right next door. We were able to enjoy frozen adult drinks there before hitting the beach. There is also a souvenir store and grocery store right across the street, which was extremely convenient. We were within walking distance to the Hangout, which offers live music every night. It is a really fun place for familes and young adults, but my husband and I enjoyed dancing there as well, and we are in our forties! Another great advantage is that wave runners (sea-doos), parasailing, and banana boat rides are literally right there- no driving to an obscure location somewhere to enjoy what you want to do on the beach! We did drive to another location nearby for deep sea fishing, which was also fun. If you've never been to Gulf Shores, let me tell you: it has everything you want for a beach destination! It was not overly crowded, and it was an absolutely beautiful, clean, lovely beach. The sand is white and the water is blue/green. It was usually clear and calm while were we there.I read some complaints about waiting for elevators and the narrow parking, but this was not a problem for us. I highly recommend this condo!

Great stay. Comfortable accommodations. Perfect location. Great views from balcony.

We had a great time during our stay the end of February. We couldn't have asked for greater weather! The location is perfect allowing easy walks to bars, restaurants, shopping, and the fishing pier. The view from the condo is awesome. We enjoyed both sunrise and sunsets from this unit. We even saw Dolphins from the balcony. This unit provided all the comforts of home, and we look forward to staying here again. It was easy to communicate with Sara in setting up this rental. She always responded timely to our questions.
