However, you will still have access to the Avalon Pool and Hot Tub, boardwalk to the beach and can rent beach loungers, ride the tram. You WILL be able to patron The Salon & Spa, the gift shop, all restaurants except the Grill by The Club Pool. You may order drinks from the Tiki bar near the boardwalk.

Avalon 1201 a luxury 4 bedroom/4 bath, Gulf Front Condominium, on the 12th floor of the Avalon tower!

This property offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and an endless sugar sand beach. Please view the map locator to learn that it's located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula which is a narrow strip of land jutting out into the Gulf of Mexico with Mobile Bay to the North. Don't be surprised to see dolphins, a pristine natural beach, and Blue Angel fly overs!

Three guest rooms are located just past the entry door along a hallway that leads to the kitchen, dining and living area. Be prepared for the breathtaking view once you enter the living area! The furnished balcony offers view of the Gulf and 25 miles of coastline.

The master bedroom is very spacious, furnished with 2 chairs, a cushioned window seat and a King bed, and adjoins the main balcony. There are two large windows with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico to the South and The Beach Club pools and grounds and the coastline all the way to the tip of the peninsula to the West! The master bedroom privately adjoins a private bath with double vanities, a walk-in closet, a large tub, a walk-in shower, and enclosed water closet.

The bedding arrangement is King primary bedroom, 2 Queen guest bedrooms that adjoin the West Balcony and a third guest bedroom with a bunk with a twin over a full-size bed. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath except the second queen bedroom which is right beside a central full bath. The large master bedroom adjoins the balcony with a direct Gulf View and has a walk-in closet. Two guest bedrooms adjoins a balcony with a view of the coastline & Mobile Bay.

The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including a dishwasher and is stocked to prepare most meals. Bring the food and disposable products. There is a "starter" package of amenities intended to get you through the first night in case you didn't get to shop. Bring Beach Towels. Beds are made with fresh white linen and the bath towels are provided. There is NO sofa sleeper.
