Enjoy your home away from home in our Gulf Shores, Alabama beachfront condo with breathtaking views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Welcome to our Gulf Shores VRBO property at Boardwalk, a condo with a cottage feel in the heart of this top vacation destination. This third floor unit sleeps 4 and features expansive balcony views of the sugar white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

Our condo is fully updated featuring plank tile flooring, granite countertops and beadboard throughout as well as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a king bed with a Sealy pillow top mattress, spacious closet, and 40” LED flat panel TV. The living room offers a fantastic window view of the Gulf, 55” LED flat panel TV with soundbar, Blu-Ray player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa includes a unique “everyday sleeper” design to maximize comfort without springs! This new design is arguably the best sleeper sofa system available. A stackable laundry center is also available for your convenience.

This Gulf Shores Condo is located next door to the Sea-n-Suds beachfront restaurant, and is within walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf State Pier, souvenir shops, entertainment, and additional restaurants. Numerous Gulf Shores and Orange Beach attractions are just minutes away, including Lulu’s, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall, and the new OWA Amusement & Entertainment complex. Several area golf courses are nearby, as well as various dolphin cruises, parasailing, and other water adventures. The Adventure Center at The Wharf features ziplines, kayaks, canoes and paddle boards.

Amazing stay with my wife.

This property was perfect for anyone wanting to get away to the beech. Location is amazing and the owners communicated with us wonderfully.The property was clean and it has an amazing view from the balcony.It was absolutely perfect and we will be staying again this year if it’s open for a week.Wonderful vacation and we can’t thank y'all enough. The perfect Condo

So clean and comfy. Everything we needed.. fresh ice.. cold ac!!! Not to mention the front door is right next to the elevator! Everything so easy! Pool beach restaurants! Perfect for 2! We will be back next year.

Great kitchen. Very quiet condo; stayed 41 nights, never heard the upstairs neighbors. Boardwalk is an excellent location. Sea N Suds is a very busy restaurant, customers overflow to beach in front of condo. Excellent stay; would recommend to my friends.

Location/balcony of this condo is amazing. Access to beach is unmatched. Limited amenities inside the condo, so be prepped beforehand. Howard communicates great and provided all necessary information needed to access the condo. Great for 2 people, you may be a bit cramped for space if staying as 4 adults

Great little condo and excellent location

This condo is great for a small group. My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend and the view and location are wonderful. The sheets were the softest, making the bed so comfy. It was a great stay!!

Gulf Getaway 4-2

Overall we had a great time. Unfortunately when we arrived around 4pm condo had not been cleaned and there was sand everywhere in the floors and table, bed was unmade, dishes in dishwasher, etc. I called maintenance and she was very apologetic, quickly had a young man to come clean it and offered a later check out for the inconvenience. We were able to get in the room around 6 pm and had a very enjoyable time there.

Unit smaller than anticipated. Had a stale odor common with older condos/hotels on the beach. Bathroom was dark and corners were very dirty. Shower was dark as curtain went all the way to the top. Towels were worn. Bed was uncomfortable and very soft. Beach view was fantastic.Staff was pleasant.

This unit was extremely clean. Was also very quiet property, I would recommend staying here, I actually have turned information over to my sister for her and her husband. I will be coming back in near future!

This condo is a Gem!

Great little condo that was so clean. Bed super comfy as was the furniture. Everything you needed was there. The pool was nice with a large deck and plenty of chairs. Building clean and easy to get in and out of. The view from the balcony was perfect!!!

Great experience overall. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The condo itself is very clean and is perfectly located both on the beach and close to dinning and entertainment options. The Boardwalk is in an excellent location on the beach with easy access to Sea ‘n Suds, an oyster bar! We have stayed in Howard’s properties many times and have never been disappointed. It is clean, well-kept and new updates are done when needed! He is responsive and answers any and all questions we have. We will certainly be returning to his property!
