There is one public dock- right outside my door to your right, to fish off of, or kayak and enjoy the water.
Drive Golf Cart straight to the Beach, with golf cart parking available.
People also do a lot crab fishing off the public dock.

Bon Scour Refuge to the right, Take a nature walk going back in time to secluded sandy beaches.
A wheelchair is here if you need it, in main bedroom closet 2nd floor.

Dogs are allowed, a pet fee of 150.00 is required, pets must always be on lease in Laguna key. 150 pet fee for 2 pets limit call me if you are bringing more two pets

PLEASE NOTE: The best thing about this home is that it's immersed in nature, beach in the back, bay water in the front, trees surrounding the property. This means you may encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood. This includes squirrels, deer, raccoons, mice, spiders, mosquitos, sand fleas, spotted lanternflies, flies, plant mites, skunks, ticks, bees, wasps, crickets, ants, tree roaches, frogs, various bugs, and other creatures. They reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do have professional pest control company that comes out once a month and sprays for Mosquitos and No-see-ums and puts out bug traps, but we do not have any control over their adventures. Sometimes they end up in the house. We clean and inspect everything before you arrive. There will be no refunds for Mother Nature getting in the house. If you are sensitive to mosquitoes, bring bug spray. We have found certain things work well at the beach, Insect spray with Deet in it, and Amber Romance body lotion. In the event you are alarmed over one of these critters, please alert me, and we will have pest control, or HOA take care of it.
