Thanksgiving get away

Gulf Shores Week

We loved our week in Gulf Shores! Just steps away from white sand and beautiful sunsets! The internet was not working when we arrived, but the company quickly resolved it. Maintenance was to paint our front door while we were there, but postponed it a couple days so that they wouldn't interrupt our trip. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and we plan to be back!

4th of July Vacay

Great location, fireworks were beautiful on the 4th. The only improvement needed is updated pool chairs/tables and cleaning of the inside of the pool (around interior lining). The condo itself had everything we needed. A reserved parking spot in the shaded garage was an added plus and right by elevators.

Hassle-free experience

My family really enjoyed this location. It is a small condo, so even though it only has one elevator, it was hardly ever backed up. We loved that we could park under the building so that our car wasn't hot, and we could use it as a place to organize ourselves to get out to the beach. The condo itself was clean and accurate to the description.

Clearwater Stay

In condo 6c the couch was really dirty. The pullout bed mattress was very dirty as well. It was ok for just two nights but would not stay any longer. We did not use the pool as it did look dirty.

The location and the view were great! I thought the unit was pretty decent. The two biggest disappointments were the bed and the couch. After a day at the beach these two items were of paramount importance. I would recommend this condo in the future if remedies were made concerning these two issues.

Perfect little getaway!

The condo was very comfortable. The walk to the waterline is much shorter than other places we have stayed. The covered parking was very convenient to use as a staging area for the beach. We just left our ice chest in the truck and walked back and forth!

Great room.

Very easy to check in. Room was clean & tidy. Right on the beach was great. Complex was very quiet even in the evenings. Only down side was the low flow shower, but that was just a personal preference won’t not hesitate to rent this place again.

Beautiful View!

My brother and I stayed in Clearwater Condos while visiting another sibling. The balcony was our favorite hang out spot! The view was amazing. The walk to the beach was perfect and so close. I would 100% stay again! Needs to be updated a bit more and there was only one roll of toilet paper, could have used extra. All-in-all, a great stay!

Gasket on the bottom of the refrigerator is broken, bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor, there was no dish washing rag or sponge and the tiny bottle of dishwashing liquid didn’t even last 2 days. Location was great and we had a relaxing week.

We stayed in a smaller one bedroom unit this trip because it was just my wife and I. The unit was perfect. Everything was clean and in good working order. Just as we expected. We will definitely stay here again. The folks at Bender are wonderful. You couldn't ask for a nicer group to do business with.

We enjoyed our stay , the location was perfect and the beach front view was the absolute best! It was the perfect amount of sleeping space for my husband, 4 kids and myself. A few things that could have been better…the condo needs a good deep cleaning, there were no sheets on the bunk beds (only a mattress cover) we did find a bag of sheets in the living room, but thought that was a little weird. The Balcony door did not lock , but when we spoke to the office manager at departure they said they would fix it and asked that next time we report things like that sooner, because they would have fixed it. Over all we may not stay there again but it wasn’t bad at all! Super cute furniture and nice kitchen essentials!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay in 6C. We have stayed in other units in Clearwater that were larger 2 bedroom models. For just my wife and I, this unit is perfect. The only negatives that we experienced are the bed is too soft for our liking and the living room ceiling has many stains that appear to be mold from leaks from upper units. It was rather concerning. The building itself is showing some age but maintenance was present when we were there painting and sprucing up.
