Comfortable and affordable ~ across from beach

Colorful furnishings and nicely maintained, this condo is conveniently located across the street from the beach. A short walk across the street on the dedicated sand path will have you enjoying the beach and the sand in minutes.

This complex has a tropical atmosphere with a nice pool, gazebo and BBQ grills. The convenient location and across-the-street pricing results in an economical stay. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment are within a close proximity.

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin Single beds
A sofa bed is located in the living room.

Awesome experience

So thankful for the opening! We were at another location for 2 nights with no AC and in town for a ball tournament. Everything was super quick and easy and was the perfect location.

Overall a good experience. Loved the gazebo. Especially on rainy days. Pool was perfect. Grill area worked out great. Cons. Parking was tight, condo needed a shower curtain with no black mold, drain in bathroom clogged. And guest bathroom toilet constantly was running. Fix those few things and. It would be a great value condo

Exactly as described

This property is close to the beach, a nice coffee shop and pizza place. Furniture is not comfortable, there is no WiFi, and cell service is spotty, but I doubt you’ll spend much time in the apartment.

Exactly As Described

The condo was exactly as described. The room was over all clean. The floors were gritty, but it is at the beach, so... The beds were comfortable, and the surrounding construction was surprisingly unnoticeable. The internet was spotty, but it did not cause any real issues. We would definitely book again.

Great location for the family!

Location was perfect. Property and room was clean. Great pool and grilling area. The only issue we had was that the dryer in our unit wasn’t working. The property manager let us know upon arrival and offered to dry all of our laundry for us. If we travel back to Gulf Shores, we would definitely book again.

We arrived at property and had to wait 3 extra hours to check in. Once we checked in condo looked clean but needs a really good deep clean . Dust was built up on every services fans window blinds were horrible . Our dryer didn’t work so we had to wash our clothes then take them to be dried at office everyday . The elevator smelled like beer and someone had thrown something against the walls . The beach Excess across the street was awesome.

Great neighbors and location but condo needs help

Condo did not seem to be very clean upon arrival, pizza pan left in sink, sand in the sheets, dryer did not work, ice maker leaked into the fridge and we were always wiping water out of fridge. Parking spaces need rehab, they are small and really hard to get in and out of. Bender Realty did dry and fold our laundry but it was inconvenient as far as planning stuff to do during the day to make sure we were able to wash and get it to them in time. Beach access is great, other visitors at the condo were great, very friendly. Lots to do in Gulf Shores and near by.

We came down for the WS and the condo served its purpose. Close to the beach and great restaurants/shops. The condo wasn't very clean, but they came and cleaned the linens.
