Located in a low-density complex on a quiet stretch of beach, this beautifully decorated retreat offers a relaxing escape with modern comforts, stunning ocean views, and easy access to shopping, dining, and local attractions.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: _2 Parking Passes___ Parking Passes purchase on website we email to you. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

This condo is the perfect size for a family. It offers a great master bedroom with its own balcony access. There is no need to even turn the AC on because the flow of air that is created. We had a few issues with things this time around. No can opener. Door still doesn’t lock to master bedroom after 4 years of noting it to the property management. Our main door would not shut properly due to a screw that came loose. Parking was always free until we found out just a week before we were to leave that it would be 62. Construction was going on and it was absolutely terrible to listen to all day long.Besides the little hiccups that happened this time around, we still enjoy this space for the price.

We had a fabulous time and was extremely happy with the property. The only negative was that the condo above us on the 7th floor were doing some kind of renovation and started hammering and running saws at 7:15 a.m. I would have been ok with 8:00 a.m. but 7:15 was a little much. With this being said, we will definitely book #610 again.

This condo is very convenient to shopping and dining. Very easy access to the beach! I did have issues with obtaining my parking pass, which you need prior to arrival to get in the gate, that took 45 minutes to figure out, so I definitely feel that process should be less complicated .Also our bed linens did not look clean at all upon arrival. But overall was a great stay!

The property was nice and clean. The pool was clean and pictures were as advertised. The beach was clean and not crowded like the others. The only thing is that after I paid for the room, all the fees and a parking permit, it totaled over $500.00 a night. I felt it was a little steep, and I had to park across a 4 lane hwy, because there wasn’t enough parking…

This is the first time I had to call Mtg to clarify their instructions. Had to ask a resident how do I get a parking pass to display in my car. Mgt instructions did not explain how. Next day another visitor asked me where do you get the pass to display? Told him to get pass on desk at door entry and fill out. Entry gate took many tries to get in. Beds in guest room kids said were uncomfortable. Poor pillows in master room. First time I have given a negative summary of Mtg and the unit.

Wind Drift Condo's are a quiet, clean and very nice place to stay. The unit we were in was very clean and comfortable. We did not need to contact the property manager during our stay--everything ran smoothly. We loved the ocean front balcony and the walks on the soft white sands. Everything was as described and expected. If we could suggest one little thing, it would be replacing the bed pillows as they were not very comfortable as the bed was.

This was a nice property , but it could have been cleaner. There were dead bugs around the ocean front doors. and other parts of the condo . The shower head was covered in black mold. I did spray it bleach and got some off. but it needs to be replaced. Also there was no materess covering on the beds only sheets. When paying this much to stay at a place you would think it would have had been at least clean the counters needs to be clean. Also while we were out enjoying the beach we came back to find the window ppl there installing a window and weathering stripping around the ocean front doors , It would have been nice for the property manager had let us know that someone were coming to do maintenance on the door and window, to me that is not showing cursoity AT ALL!!!!! more than likely i will not stay at this property anymore.

Our condo was in a great location with an awesome view of the Gulf. We were just a short drive away to many outstanding restaurants. We had everything we needed for a week at the beach. Nicely furnished except the silverware needed updated and an electric can opener would have been nice. Overall a great condo.

Good size, pretty view, cute decor. Insufficient amount of towels and silverware. A thorough top to bottom cleaning is needed to include ceiling fans and rugs. I realize we stayed during the rainy season, but I think the condo has a moisture problem. It has a musty odor. We unpacked our suitcases, stored clothes in the dresser and hung clothes in the closets. Every morning we put on clean, but damp clothes. This review is coming from a retired realtor. I wish I had scrolled on past this unit.
