Condo was great however, we weren’t informed before booking that the condo was under construction. Because of that the pool/hottub, beach access, and our balcony were closed for most of each day.

Long awaited vacay

The property was nice. It was clean and right on the beach. The space is small but perfect for 3 people. Fully stocked kitchen. The only thing needed is food and swimsuits.

Gulf Shores anniversary vacay

This condo was perfect for us, right on the beach and close to everything. Our check-in time was delayed and our fridge didn't work, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Everything was great except for the size of the bunk beds. We had a 16 year old guest who even had trouble fitting in the bunk beds. They are meant for kids, so would think about that before having 4 adults in the room.

Gulf Getaway

Very nice property. Exactly as advertised. Beach was beautiful and pool was nice. Hot tub was very shallow and no bubbles. Fridge door needs fixed. The padding around the bottom was loose, so I had to push it back in every time in order for the fridge door to shut properly. Minor inconvenience. Overall very nice. Would stay there again and recommend. Owners very responsive.

Short family trip

The check in was easy and they let us check in early around 2:00. The hotel was very clean and everyone (staff) was super friendly. The only problem we had was that they did not provide us with any blankets for or rooms. We went down to the front desk the first night and asked for some and were told they didn’t have any. They asked us to ask again the next day. We went down again the next morning and they said they would let housekeeping know. Housekeeping came by later in the day and only had one blanket available. We had 4 beds. Luckily we had a few of our own small blankets that we brought for the long car ride. Our hot water heater also made loud noises but it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but if we had not had our own blankets it would have not been pleasant.

Nice people trying to please

Me and my best friend take a vacation every year and we were excited and absolutely exhausted when we arrived. We are used to going to bed pretty early but this room had other ideas. We hadn’t even got in the room good and the smoke detectors started beeping like low battery. Well I went downstairs and the poor girl working couldn’t find anybody at that moment so she came up herself to check. Well none of the smoke detectors had batteries at all just electrical and the one in the bedroom was missing completely. We waited for maintenance to arrive and bless his heart he did everything to fix it and still had to come back 3 times to end up unhooking it completely because even with a new one it still beeped. Well it was close to midnight and we were ready to go to sleep so we went to lock up and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. Maintenance came back a fourth time and tried to fix it but couldn’t. At this point we didn’t care what happened we were tired. They were supposed to return the next day to fix everything but we never heard anything about it again. We asked if we could pay for an extra night since we pretty much lost the first one and we were told that every room was booked and we had to leave. Needless to say we loved the people that helped us but we will never return.

Not as advertised

Check at 4 , we were given a code access and when we open the door there were two women on the floor. They say they were inspecting. The pool was closed both days we were able to swim due to large scaffolding scaling above the pool. Men at work. Ever mentioned this would be part of the hotel stay. We drove 22 hrs and booked over 1000 for the week stay here. We left early to go to a different hotel so we could get some swim time elsewhere.
