With enough room to accommodate 8 guests throughout 1006 square feet of wonderfully decorated living space, this condo is the perfect layout and size for a group of friends or a family travelling together! When you first arrive, you will notice and love the coastal themed interior which is fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay in paradise. The living room has a nice set of chairs and a comfy couch which contains a pull-out sleeper as well! A flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi will help keep you entertained in your free time.

The large, fully stocked kitchen has all the tools you need to cook whatever your heart desires, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. In the dining area, a 4-chair dining set and a set of 4 barstools provides ample space for guests to enjoy homecooked cuisine or fresh takeout from the numerous dining options close by. Love Coffee? A drip-style coffee maker and Keurig are both provided. Additionally, the private balcony has plenty of comfy seating, allowing for you to enjoy a meal with the whole group outside just across from the emerald waters!

When it's time to rest up after a long day of swimming with the waves or enjoying the community pool, you'll find there is no shortage of great options to choose from. The master suite features a comfortable king bed as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The first guest bedroom is equipped with a nice queen bed while the second guest bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All rooms, except bunk room, feature a flat screen TV with cable and of course, access to the free Wi-Fi!

Aside from your unit, you will have access to a beautiful pool, hot tub, and grilling area. Grand Beach Resort is also adjacent to Gulf State Park. This 6,500 acre park with three lakes is home to boardwalk trails and is perfect for biking, hiking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. In addition you are in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Hangout.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING RESTRICTION: Parking at this property is limited to 2 vehicles (no exceptions). Parking passes are required and only (1) is included in your rental charges. If you need a 2nd parking pass, you must let us know prior to your arrival so we can collect the 2nd pass fee and leave both passes for you upon arrival. Fee is $60 plus tax. Price is subject to change.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
