Wasn’t too terrible. Ended up having roaches in the condo the last 2 days. Beds weren’t the greatest. Neither was the couch. But location was perfect and easy beach access.

Love the location!

The condo was very nice but needed some better furniture. The couch and big chair was not very comfortable. The furniture on the balcony was great though.

Had stayed at this property in various condos previously. This unit was fine - except needed a new sofa sleeper/mattress (was lumpy and stained), Well stocked. The experience with this rental agency was such that we personally will not rent from them again.

Great Location

Being right on the beach with a pool and hot tub was awesome! The beds were harder than we’d like and there were tv remotes missing and some broken things that needed to be fixed, but we let the management company know and they said they’d fix everything for the next guests. The location is great!

Nice and Cozy

The condo was very clean, cozy and big enough to accommodate adults and teens. I loved being directly on the beach and walking distance to the hangout. Security onsite was very helpful as well.

Perfect 🥰

Location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins 🐬 and beach goers. Condo was spacious and beautifully decorated and king bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely. We will be back.

Simple but great location

Overall, the stay was great. Super easy check in/out. the corner balcony was great! The cons were the elevators and the water pressure. Other than that, it was good.

This property was just as advertised. Very spacious. Great location. Check in process was very easy and any questions I had were answered within minutes. Great price. Easy access from parking deck to room and room to the beach, hot tub, and pool.

Our stay was very comfortable. Condo was clean and true to description. Corner unit. Great view of the beach and ocean. Directly next to Sea&Suds for food and strawberry daiquiri. Thank you for sharing your place with us!!

Clean & comfy place to stay on the beach

The condo was clean and as pictured. If I had to list one con about the place, it would be that the showers drained slow. Unsure if other condos there have this issue. My family and I enjoyed the condo, loved that it was on the beach and had a pool area for younger children. We would stay here again.

The first bedroom is very small. One light and the bulb was so low, couldn't see anything. There was trash in the top bunk under the springs that you saw from bottom bunk. The fan in second bedroom didn't look safe and only one light bulb. It is a decent place but needs some updates.

Poor quality furniture

The furniture in the living room is in need of replacement. Not a comfortable seat to be found. Master bedroom bed was on the verge of collapse and very noisy with the slightest movement.

The room was great lots of space for a family of 8 !! The bunk bed fits three kids could fit four small kids !! Both rooms had bathroom inside the rooms with hallway access from the bathroom! The master’s bed roll was really spacious ! Love the corner balcony !! The check in and check out process was super easy ! Wi-Fi was worked well! Parking was okay. At bust times it could be a little overwhelming but overall it was okay …. The only downfall is during busy times the elevators go pretty slow but the stairwell is directly across the hallway from this particular room and the trash chute! The staff was very informative prior to our arrival and during our stay !! They were easily accessible…Overall I definitely would stay in this unit again we enjoyed ourselves !

The place looks nice but the furniture is horrible. Beds and couches need to be replaced.

I will say the place was clean other than that I will not be staying at the Seawind again. The elevators are horrible so is the parking. Also the beds and couches in the place are so bad. The lighting is also bad. I hate that my mother had to pay so much for this vacation to spend time with her children because she has never seen the beach and she hardly left the room because the elevators were so bad she can't stand for long periods of time.

Bday getaway

Condo was nice and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pans. Must bring all your condiments (salt/pepper) because no food items are available. However dish soap, detergent are available which is nice. Small toiletries are available but if you’re staying longer bring your own. We enjoyed the view from our condo. The property as a whole (not the condo) need to upgrading. The pool water was cloudy and had areas of accumulated “gunk”. The child splash zone has broken tile and there’s cracking around, definitely needs updates. The boardwalk to the beach is nice and there is beach chair service for $35, also there’s parasail right on the beach and banana boat. Overall a good experience in the condo.
