Great Family Vacation

Great location! Loved the view from the patio! That was our favorite part of the condo. The location was great. Very close to anything we needed. Very pleased with our stay!

Almost perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but a few things would have made it perfect! It being a pet-friendly condo I didn’t expect it to be perfectly spotless but the couch was pretty dingy very comfortable. Definitely in need of a new one in this unit. The fridge was also leaking and making the floor wet, and the outlets in the entire unit were very loose our chargers/fans/etc kept falling out of the outlet. Also one of the chairs on the balcony had a broken leg so we weren’t able to sit in it unless we propped it up against the wall. Not super ideal! But the location was wonderful, we loved that it was a smaller condo building bc we had the pool to ourselves more often than not. And the beach wasn’t crowded at all and it was beautiful!! Loved the covered parking spot. Centrally located to all restaurants in the area and easy drive to fort Morgan and gulf state park. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

Great place to take our fur baby

This unit was perfect on the beach, first floor, great balcony. We carried our fur baby and all of us enjoyed. Unit was very clean and exactly as they advertisef.

Fabulous Trip

Pet friendly

So excited to find a place on the beach that allowed dogs in the condo. Although the dog can't go to the beach, he loved the deck, sniffed the air, and had a great time sunning on the deck. Although thecondo is dated somewhat, the ocean, beach only steps from the condo, and just overall, it was a great find and stay. Management was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Constant loud noise !!!

Plumbing has issues with noise . Loud ringing/ humming the entire time . Very difficult to try and sleep . Nice views and the condo was clean .

Good location

We enjoyed our 8 days of total relaxation. The check in was no problem with our door code. There was enough silverware & dishes plus cooking pans etc. Even though there was no ice in freezer when we arrived, when we turned it back on, the ice maker didn’t take much time to start making ice. There was great water pressure in the shower & plenty of hot water. Having the 1/2 bathroom in hallway was very convenient. The living room furniture was comfortable although the couch had several stains on it. The mattress was firm enough for us & comfortable. This was a dog friendly unit. However, the outside dog area was right by the busy street & only 2 small areas of grass. Doggie bags were provided-unfortunately it was obvious that some dog owners didn’t use them & didn’t clean up after their dogs. Also, some owners had their dogs on the pool deck area & on the beach. There were many signs & notices stating that wasn’t allowed. Those actions could jeopardize having dogs at this complex. Liquid Life quickly answered any questions I had before checking in. When the disposal wasn’t working, they quickly sent a repairman out to fix it. There were 3 large carts to haul your luggage, supplies or groceries to your unit. The elevator was quick & we rarely had to wait for it, when we used it. This unit was on the 1st floor so it was an easy walk up the stairs. The pool was very nice. Plenty of loungers & a few chairs. There were separate bathrooms for men & women near the pool.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The location of our unit to the beach was amazing. We appreciated the reserved/covered parking spot. The other guests were very friendly. We arrived a little later than anticipated. The only thing that could have been a little smoother was that we did not receive the door code by text or email. We had to contact someone to text it to us, but the person on the other end of the text was helpful and took care of us. Unit’s kitchen was well equipped nd we had everything that we needed. Thanks again for a great experience!

Wonderful time!

We loved everything about our stay. First floor, nicely located designated parking spot, quiet, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. It had just enough space for our family of 4. As we drove around Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, we liked where we stayed even more. It was a smaller building compared to most, but had plenty of amenities to keep us entertained during down time. The beach was always clean and not very crowded. If we come back to Gulf Shores that this is where we would want to stay!

Incredible views and easy beach access

This unit is in such close proximity to the beach and pools! It’s on the first floor so easy enough to skip the elevator and take the stairs. It has a reserved parking space in the parking garage, which was convenient. And laundry machines were included within the unit, so we didn’t have to go home with a pile of laundry to do. The unit is in great condition, well-maintained, well-loved and the balcony view is incredible. The property manager did a good job communicating - this is the first Vrbo rental I’ve ever rented where everything I needed (door key, parking pass, etc.) was provided/communicated in advance and I didn’t need to contact the property manager for anything. I’m deducting one star for cleanliness because the unit could really use a better vacuum cleaner…I vacuumed the floors every day we stayed there and our feet would still get dirty. At one point I tried to vacuum up a single dry Cheerio and had to run over it repeatedly before it finally got picked up. Overall though we really enjoyed the property and would absolutely stay here again.

This was the perfect property for us. The condominium is smaller so do not have to fight for elevators, parking, beach spot or pool. It was a good size for us with 3 y/o who liked the bunk beds "her room." Also enjoyed it was on the first floor which is better for us with young child. Perfect view from the porch that had comfortable chairs. Would stay again!
