We stay in so many of these condos on the gulf beaches that it becomes hard to find specific words that are helpful. First the condo and then the property. The condo has been perfectly decorated and maintained. One KS bed (a little squeaky) and on QS bed (did not use - used the room for storage). This unit is slightly larger than those in areas further east. It sits next to GS State Park so the view you see should never be obstructed by another big project. This unit is on the 6th floor so it is high enough. I cant find anything that was a negative about the unit, The Property. It is gated (to keep nonresidents from parking there(?)). Parking was easy and, for us, shaded the entire time we were there. Lots of parking. Elevators are a constant problem at most places but not here. Two pretty new Otis elevators got everyone in and out fast. It is the beach so keeping public areas clean and sharp is hard but they did a pretty good job. Overall I would give the Unit a 4.9 / 5 and the property a 4.4 / 5. The Beach is at the quiet end of the public beach (+), GS is growing but better than a lot of gulf communities (+), the State Park is great to have right next door (+++). Beach chairs were $40(?)/day and not included in the Unit rental but we have our own anyway. We'll be back.
