Could be improved. Needs to be cleaned better. Most was good except floors were bad.

The condo is very nice. Very spacious and a great view. Nicely decorated. Tv use is complicated. Beds did not have cover. Sheets only. They were comfortable. Just a few adjustments and the condo would be perfect!

Room 707 not recommended

We have booked with Crystal towers in the past and have always had a great experience. But I was not as impressed this time. The master bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets that were put on the bed were too small. Curtain rod in the living room was broken and very little utensils to cook with. Master bath was also draining very slow.

Construction

Construction 8 am-5p everyday after the third day the noise was so loud the decor on the walls fell off my children were terrified. We should have been notified of the work before booking or moved to another floor. Our vacation was ruined we couldn’t hear one another speak. Not a relaxing stay. Vacasa only offered a 10% discount after telling our situation. Poor customer service.
