“Everything clean and well maintained. We had a partial beach view - nothing special - but the breakfast area has a massive beach view and is lovely. No coffee in our room or available before 7am which was a BIG problem for me.”

“The view was amazing! We reserved an angle room and upon arrival when I confirmed the view I was told they didn't have "angle view" noted on my reservation. Fortunately, I pulled up my Expedia app and showed the very kind and professional front desk person my confirmation. She was able to give us a beautiful angle view room on the sixth floor. It was GORGEOUS!”

“Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so.”

“The outlets in our specific room need to be replaced. More than half couldn’t hold a plug. They just slipped out and we couldn’t charge anything.
Note: There was a water leak under the carpet where it turns from tile to carpet in the so called foyer of the room.
We really did enjoy our stay and the staff were very nice and helpful.”

“The food was very fresh and very good. The pool area was very clean. However, my room had a tear in the carpet and the tack strip cut my grandson‘s foot. There must’ve been a leak in the wall where the bathtub was because it got our luggage, all wet, and the carpet was soaking wet. The pillow fell off onto the floor and when we picked it up, it was unusable because it was so wet. The staff were excellent. They were very nice. they only gave us three towels and there was five people we went down……
