Pleasant stay

We stayed at the 3rd floor, which was great because the building has a parking garage that is 3 floors, so it was very convenient for us to park at the top and then just walk into our condo. The staff was pleasant. The first 2 days we didnt have internet, there was a glitch with the router, and it was Thanksgiving! But they sent someone over on the day after Thanksgiving and he got it fixed. The in-room jacuzzi was awesome, and the view was also great.

Wonderful Christmas at Gulf Shores.

This was a wonderful place to stay over the Christmas Holiday. Check in and check out was very easy. Close to several activities and restaurants. We used this as a base to take several day trips, including Mobile to see the USS Alabama and museums and a trip to Dalphine Island to see the fort and take a nice ferry ride. We also spent a night in New Orleans to check out the French Quarter and the WWII Museum. Also stopped at the NASA rocket testing site in Mississippi. We did have a very minor problem with the DVD player that was quickly resolved. Overall, a great trip!

Make sure you have info for check in.

Just a note... The condo was awesome... However you must contact rental company for check in. Hotels.com did not mention any pre check in so we wasted a few hours trying to get checked in and hotels.com could have made life so much easier.

Loved the views! Beach gorgeous. Carpets dirty.

We happened to be there during spring break..... quite noise in the evening when the college kids were inebriated. Couldn't use the lovely balcony then. Good experience.

Lighthouse #701

Great location right on the beach and very close to all the hotspots. We were surprised by how big the condo was. Lots of space and bathrooms in each bedroom. Especially loved the HUGE deck, which is where we spent most of our time when we were in the room. TVs in each bedroom and a big screen in living room. We loved the condo and will try to get it again next time we go. The only complaint is that the floor was very dirty. We were all barefoot and within a couple of hours of checking in the bottoms of our feet were black. We finally had to start wearing socks and threw them out when we left. Everything else was very clean and tidy.

Vacation

My husband just kept saying this is paradise. The condo was beautiful! The gulf was wonderful. We want to go back next year. It would have been nice to know that we had to stop at the off site office to get our check in information and the time the office closes. We happened to run into a very nice security guard that directed us back up the highway to the office. Lucky for us they were open or we would have had to stay somewhere else for the night.

It was a nice stay, we were in 203 which is great for close parking and quick beach access, but a little too close to the communal spa.
