    This condo is on the 3rd floor with an AMAZING beach view from the balcony. Located close to water parks, theme parks, excellent restaurants, and shopping, there is no shortage of entertainment options nearby. Adventure seekers can enjoy water activities like surfing, kayaking, and paddleboarding, while those who prefer land-based fun can take advantage of hiking trails or visit nearby golf courses. No matter your interests, Gulf Shores has something for everyone. One free parking pass. Most secluded beach section in Gulf Shores!

    Grand Beach is a highly sought after condominium complex located right across the street from the beach in Gulf Shores! There are no buildings directly in front of the condo, so the view is unobstructed.

    For those who love outdoor dining, the condo offers a BBQ and picnic area, perfect for grilling fresh seafood while enjoying the coastal breeze. Whether you're dining alfresco or simply soaking up the surroundings, this outdoor space is a great place to gather and make memories.

    Enjoy a glass of wine on our private balcony that overlooks the ocean. The property has a pool and hot tub. The Gulf State Park pier is within walking distance.

    3 bedroom / 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom has a king bed with a sliding glass door to go onto the balcony - with a Beautiful Beach View. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Both bathrooms have Tub/Shower combos and are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, and starter pack of shampoo/conditioner/soap/toilet paper.

    Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make home cooked meals. Some small appliances include toaster, blender, regular drip coffee maker and more. Starter pack of coffee pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags and paper towels are provided.

    This is a 3rd floor unit with 2 Elevators on the property.

    We also have a full/queen sofa bed. A washer/dryer combo with starter pack of laundry pods and iron w/ironing board located inside the unit to handle all of your laundering needs. You are allowed 2 unassigned parking spots. 1 pass is free with your stay. If you need a 2nd parking pass it will be a $50 fee and I will need to know at least one week prior to your arrival.

    Beach Essentials: Included with the home are beach chairs and beach towels.

    MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK!!!

    NO PETS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!!! We love our pets, but it's the HOA's rule.

The room was clean and looked like pictures, HOWEVER, the fact that we could NOT set the A/C to a certain degree for our comfort was ridiculous. You can turn the thermostat stat down but after 1.5 hours it goes back up to like 74. So even through the night you are continuously turning the thermostat down or burning up. We paid good money to stay in a comfortable place and it was NOT that. The extra bedrooms didn’t even have air flow into the rooms. Also, the people above our floor had a small child that would hit the floor at 6am. There is no insulation between floors so you hear EVERYTHING above you. We called to ask the host to ask them to STOP walking like elephants but to no avail. We will NOT be staying here again.

Great service, good accommodations

Patti at Sunnybeaches1.com rentals was amazing in every single way. She made this an absolutely amazing experience. The unit was clean, well equipped and served our needs well. We were in town for a high school soccer tournament, so the beaches themselves were not our priority. However, the lication was near the beaches and all of fhe local attractions on Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. I will definately do business with Patti and hwr team again. This is a good unit for location and cleanlisness. Good experence overall.
