NEWLY Decorated Condo located at The Beach Club Resort and Spa. Our building and condo are upkept and maintained. When you first pull up at the beach club you instantly are welcomed by a well manicured complex. Escape to our private peaceful "CHILL" condo with direct beach views on a huge balcony.

Once you arrive to "THE CHILL" @ Doral 1205 at The Beach Club Resort & Spa, you’ll wake up to the sights & sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. We are one of the very few large (800 sq ft) one bedroom rentals with a gulf front master bedroom. This one will offer you a calming and tranquil place to spend your vacation. The master bedroom boast a comfy king bed ready for the most restful sleep and ensuite full bath. Our bedding is made to embrace the calm while you escape for a while at the beach.

We cater to couples and the small families of 4 with kids or teens but we can sleep up to 6 humans. Please no more than 6 people at a time. Any age could love our bunk beds with soft cozy bedding along with individual reading lights and plugs for your personal devices. Need a little privacy, just pull your curtain! You’ll enjoy being tucked away. We do have a sofa bed if you prefer not to use the bunks. Baby in the family? We have a PackNPlay so you don't have to haul it from home~ The half bath caters to the bunk or sofa guests with plenty of towels and a place for your toiletries on our back of the door catch all basket with hooks.

Our large 25 ft wide balcony has room for everyone to enjoy the fabulous sunrises and sunsets of Fort Morgan peninsula. Being on the end of the resort gives us lot of expansive and open views of the water. We have a fully stocked kitchen with new eco-friendly cookware and a coffee bar area. If you do decide to cook, we have anything you could need along with some spices we keep in the cabinet.

Relax inside in front of our 55” flat screen or just kick back in the swivel rocker to read a bit. New flat screen is in the master bedroom. Our coastal décor will put you in vacation mode ~ also an assortment of games and books. We just added new books around the unit! Come hang out in one of our rocking chairs waiting for you on the huge balcony that everyone enjoys drinking coffee or a cocktail from.

We have washer/dryer next to kitchen in the pantry. You will have towels for bathing but will need to bring your own beach towels. We have plenty of hooks for you to dry off from the day at the beach.

The Doral pool is beach front so you’ll always hear the waves….want a real treat? Give the swing a try overlooking the ocean. You’ll love The Beach Club and may never need to leave! Walk up to the casual restaurant in the front or The Coast Restaurant is located in the second floor of the clubhouse and is a little more formal for "date night" for something special. There is no fee to eat at these restaurants on property. Feel free to book a real escape in the newly remodeled spa! It’s just a few feet away. The BC is a great place to take a stroll around the property on and off the sand. They have a great children’s play area up by the tennis courts. If you’re a golfer, you don’t have to go far to find one of the three premier courses we have in the area. You may never have to leave the resort with two restaurants, ice cream shop and boutique on property. Look for the Air Stream food trucks in the summer up by the Village Hideaway restaurant. There are also great options for dining on Fort Morgan including Tiki Bar Restaurant behind the gas station and Sassy Bass for a little getaway. Travel down to the end of the road to visit the historic Fort Morgan fort…yes there is really a fort! The kids will love the adventure!

The Beach Club also has other premium amenities that require to be purchased from them the day you choose to use it. The resort fee which has a daily of $45 per day per condo fee up pay directly to them. The Club offers the huge indoor pool, fitness room and club pool with pool side bar/cabana along with 8 tennis courts. Strickly optional as Doral has our own beachside pool with hot tub and lots of loungers for our guests. Booking straight from the owner is hundreds less than Spectrum.
