We would absolutely stay at the Pearl East again! It was the perfect house for our family reunion. Plenty of parking for all cars. Directly on the beach with a great pool. Private walkway to the beach. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and dining areas. Rooms were good - spacious enough, linens were a bit thin. AC definitely worked. Overall it was worth the cost!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our extended family. With 18 adults and 3 children then was more than enough room and the facilities were outstanding! Beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely stay again!

Pearl East was WONDERFUL!!!

We were there between May 30 and June 7, 2025. It was such a wonderful place. We had 27 people in our group and there was plenty of room for sleeping, eating, being together and breaking up into smaller groups. We had a couple issues while we were there and the response to correct them was immediate. The pool was lovely, and the beach access was so convenient. We would highly recommend this property.

Such an incredible home! Steps to the beach and so much room to spread out so we could both enjoy our family trip with adult children and grandkids. The home was beautiful and we would absolutely return.

Family Vacation

My husband, myself and our family; along with my sister, my brother-in-law and their family enjoyed our stay! A total of 18 adults and 5 children. The house had plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy themselves! The pool was amazing and had lots of room for our huge crew!

Pearl was wonderful!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We were in the East side of the Pearl and it was perfect for us. We loved everything about the place. It was clean and it great shape. It was big enough for our whole group. The pool and beach were great too. Overall we had a fantastic trip and hope to return in the future, and maybe take both sides next time!

We love this house!

We have stayed in The Pearl twice and have thoroughly enjoyed this gorgeous property! We took at least 20 family members each time and everyone had beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms! There is plenty of spaciousness in the living room/dining room/kitchen open area. Two long tables with chairs and benches provide plenty of seating for meal time. We love this house and will definitely be returning!

Well.. we loved your home!! We definitely had enough space and everyone was comfortable. The others in the group were pleased as well. The washing machines on each floor made it easy to handle all the laundry. Our neighbors.. they were quiet and we rarely had to share space them. We did have a cook off completion with them.. which we lost. They cooked large amounts of bbq, chili, bacon wrapped potatoes!! We cooked pastalaya. It's chicken, sausage, pork with noodles. The pool was slightly green at first then really green! I called and the pool co handled it immediately. The kids still swam in the green water, so no worries!!! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful time. All the room made the difference with all the family we had with us.Everthing was clean and bright. All the room were so roomy. And the bathrooms were so nice and clean.
