Updated in 2023 with new appliances, quartz countertops, and quality cookware including Cephalon pots and pans and Le Creuset pieces. Fully stocked with dishes, glassware, and utensils. Coffee service includes Peet`s ground coffee and pods.



Bathroom

Renovated with modern fixtures and stocked with Company Store towels, premium toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), Charmin toilet paper, and a hair dryer.



Bedroom & Living Space

Queen bed with quality linens in a separate bedroom. Open floor plan provides comfortable living and dining areas. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and blackout options for restful sleep.



Laundry

In-unit washer and dryer with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided.



Pool

Shared community pool set behind palms and fencing. Outdoor shower available for rinsing after beach or pool time.
