Features and amenities • Dedicated beach access through a private beach walkover • A beach shower with both body and foot showers is on the way back from the beach • Pool area has a beautiful, large main pool and a hot tub • Tennis courts were refinished in 2015 and feature lighted courts controlled by the guests • A shuffleboard court is located next to the tennis courts • Two grilling areas are available for your convenience • Two docks with benches and lighting, both docks are favorites with fishermen and crabbers • Fish cleaning station on the east dock Parking • Parking limited spaces 2 cars maximum. Parking Passes can be purchased onsite. • $30 per parking pass. • Working hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. • No boats, jet skis, RVs, boat trailers, or trailers of any kind are allowed per association rules House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • The home has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. • NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. • The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA.
