  • Escape to Seacrest 406, your perfect beachside retreat! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The living room exudes a coastal vibe and features a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding on the couch, which doubles as a queen sofa sleeper, after a sun-soaked day at the beach. Step out onto the expansive balcony where you can see and hear the Gulf with unobstructed views from this prime fourth-floor location. As if that wasn't enough, enjoy access to a hot tub right by the pool area, offering the ultimate spot for relaxing and soaking in those vacation vibes.

    The dining area seats four, with additional seating for two at the kitchen counter.

    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. A set of junior bunk beds is conveniently located in the hallway, adding extra sleeping space. The full bathroom has a tub and shower combination.

    The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and a flat-screen TV, ideal for a relaxing evening in. This condo has a stacked washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and coastal-inspired decor throughout.

    Seacrest is the perfect launchpad for all your vacation adventures. Located near shopping, dining, and a plethora of beach activities, it truly is your home base for fun and relaxation!

    At Seacrest, you’re near The Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails, where you can enjoy some casual Gulf Coast dining. For other nearby local favorites, hop in your car and explore spots like Bahama Bob's and DeSoto's Seafood Kitchen.

    Due to limited parking space, a 1 car limit is strictly enforced. This unit has 1 assigned parking space in the parking garage. Non-smoking. No monthly rentals.

    During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The room was clean, secure and had an amazing view. The management was very responsive and assisted us immediately when we arrived after hours. The pool area was spacious and the pool was in great shape. I’m looking forward to our next stay.

STAY - 4/16-4/23/26. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Perfect location if you do not want to be near the high activity on Gulf Shores Boulevard, which is exactly what we wanted. We loved the view and quiet atmosphere of the condo. The amenities were what we needed, giving basic cleaning supplies and enough towels for two people. Loved having immediate beach access and not having to cross the street to get to the beach. We walked the beach to the busy area of Gulf Shores, which is a little over a mile, one-way on several occasions, but it was an short drive to all areas of GS. We would definitely recommend .

Nice area to visit. Condo was great. Was a nice clean facility with easy beach access. Some areas need updated. But we really enjoyed the trip.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest #406. The beach views were wonderful. We did not use the pool or hot tub as we spent out days by the ocean. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The condo, the location, the beach, renting ebikes to bike Gulf Shores State Park, golfing Kiva Dunes and Peninsula, hiking Bon Sequer Wildlife Refuge, Dauphin Island, fresh shrimp and red snapper, etc. It was all perfect!!

Relaxing Get-away

Everything that we needed was provided and the location was close enough to the main business hub to be convenient yet far enough away to afford us the peace and quiet we were seeking. The only issue we had - the Amenity Key was missing from our welcome basket - was resolved within a day.

Great Location and Easy Access to Everything

The condom was in a great location. Parking was easy and there was easy access to local venues. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the stay. The condo looked clean but there was a strong musty/stale smell that did not go away until after a few days. Otherwise everything was great.

Nice quick getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much, and have been staying at Seacrest condo for years, well...since our boys were little....30+ years! It would be nice if the "local" information brochures/binder that are in the condo were updated and more current. We rely on those to find the best restaurants, or "where the locals" eat, and much of the information was very old. Overall we had a great time! Thank you!

By the Beach

The room was clean. It was right by the beach. A quick elevator trip down made it even easier to access the beach. I wish the bed and couch had been more comfortable. Both were pretty stiff. I also wish it had a fan in the bedroom at the very least. These are minor inconveniences and comforts of home. Overall, we had a great stay.

Condo is aged a bit. Could use some updating. The washer was not working when we arrived (would have been nice to have been advised prior to packing for the trip). We asked to be called when the repairman was coming so we could be there at the same time and were not notified. Was surprised when I came into the condo to find him there. Still not sure how he was able to get in without us there. I called and expressed my concern and was assured someone would contact me and that did not happen. Nice letter from owner at the time of arrival, beach view was beautiful.

Family vacation

The condo was the usual GS condo. Elevators were the fastest we had ever seen. Furniture was not comfortable and the kitchen was the least stocked of any condo we had stayed at before. It was quiet and beach was not too crowded like a lot of the other areas just down the beach. There is a restaurant and an ice cream shop within walking distance so that was nice.

Great view lacks some helpful items

The location is perfect, the property lacks some basic items that are typically included. The ice machine is so slow took 24 hours to fill up once, the condo is not spotless. The silver wear in the drawer had to be washed to use, the baseboards were very dirty. There is very limited cooking items and no salt/pepper. No games or anything for the beach (it wasn’t advertised that it was but we have always found them in the properties). With a little TLC it could go from ok to good.

Great Condo/Excellent Location

The condo was exactly what we expected and the location, on the beach, with a great view and a short walk to the water. Our only complaint is the bed, not a great mattress. This place has a well stocked kitchen, no need to bring too much from home. There is a washer and dryer and plenty of bath towels/wash cloths. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this condo to anyone.
