Lovely home

We had a great stay, the house was exactly as described! A very quick walk to the beach. The staff that we spoke with was very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!!

Softball home away from home

The location was great not within walking distance to tourist area but a quick hop in the car you are there. House needs some updates, maybe some paint to clean it up a little but all and all it was worth it and met our needs

Somewhat disappointing

The house itself would have been very nice but it needs a lot of attention and repair. The entry door was filthy and disgusting. The actual living space was very small for 13 people. When we arrived 2 bathrooms had stopped up sinks, the hall bath upstairs would not lock, one of the balcony doors had a door knob falling off and could not open, the furniture in one of the bedrooms was falling apart and very cheap, the sheets didn’t even come 3/4 of the way up the mattresses on the king size beds and were very rough although clean, the dishwasher had to be slammed shut in order to latch so it could be used. There were some pluses like the kitchen was very well stocked except for only having 1 baking pan and that was a pizza pan. The pool was nice. The pier was nice. The location was great between Little Lagoon and the Gulf. We would not stay here again.

1 of the best so far!!!

This unit was very roomy, and within walking distance to the beach. A must rent for those trying to escape the vacation crowd and in need of some relaxing time.

Love the location and how close it was to the beach but we had issue with some beach house owners who thought we should not be allow to use the beach because we stay across the street in a rental. Its not a public beach.

Great location

We loved how close it was to the beach. The only issue we had was the blender not working when we tried to use it, reported on a Sunday and they brought one to us on Friday check out was Saturday but other than that it we had a great vacation week

Nice place. Had everything needed. Only dislike were the pictures were misleading. Thought the listing sat on the little lagoon, but it's a few houses down from there. Would stay here again

Family of 14

Overall the home was the perfect place for our family of 14. We have stayed at one of the other properties in this area and had a great experience. The house was dirty upon arrival. Floors were disgusting along with every door in the home. Multiple broken door handles, broken bunk bed rails, lack of basic cookware and broken (worn out) patio furniture.

Dirty House

Our first day there we noticed a lot of knats in the kitchen, the floors throughout the house were absolutely filthy, we had to go buy a swiffer to clean all the floors. The furniture was old and very worn in the living room there was only 1 chair that was not broken. The dining room chairs we wouldn’t even use because they were so wobbly and thought they might break at any moment. Lacking any side tables in the bedrooms and not all bedrooms had TV’s, plus the quilt in our bedroom's had a hole in it the size of a quarter. All the toilet sits were the wrong for the toilets and the toilet seat in our bedroom was worn and was showing the raw material in many areas!! Most of the appliances in the kitchen were broken, toaster and blender! Not satisfied at all. This house was a dump!! DO BETTER!!
