Our vacation

It wasn’t very clean, and items such as tv remotes were just laying around the room. The bathroom shower curtain wasn’t even hung up all of the way. Some of the toilet paper was dirty. I contacted the phone number asking about the key card we needed to access different parts of the building and they let me know where to find it, it was not there. Once I let them know it wasn’t in the room the stopped responding. Very disappointing for such an expensive room.
