Pluses & Minuses
Pluses: Right on the beach, sleep to the sound of waves, well-located to shops, restaurants, etc. Comfortable condo. Minuses: TVs did not work for first three days until we called the cable provider who got 2 of the 3 working for us. short of supplies that are usually provided despite the fact we were there two weeks! Flooding on second floor took out the elevator necessitating using the stairs for four days, including moving out! Help was to be provided but never showed up. Elevator issues apparently has been a problem before based on reviews & guestbook.

main problem, no elevator for the first two days, was on 6th floor
the condo was lovely, clean and quite but two days of walking 6 floors of stairs was very disappointing, went to Vacasa office and was referred to HOA and both saying the elevator was the other responsibility. Will not book with Vacasa again or will not stay here again, locals say the elevators are torn up often.....no way to treat people

Summer time
It was ok . The first thing was had to wash the sheets on the sofa bed. Because there was food on them . And was not happy about that after a long drive .And need to fix chairs in dining room or replace . Sent you a picture of the chair that was broken . And the door to get in was very hard to open . But enjoyed the stay over all . Got to see dolphins and it was close to the beach. Over all had a great time .

Pleasant stay
Nice place, quiet and family friendly. Our toddler had dirty feet from walking barefoot when we arrived which made the place feel a little grimy. We couldn’t get the bathtub drains to plug for baths and would have appreciated the tv higher and mounted to the wall to avoid little fingers. Otherwise, it was a beautiful view and had everything we needed to cook and feel at home.

My big complaint about this property is that it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The furniture was outdated and there was minimal lighting. However, we couldn’t have been any closer to the beach. The view was beautiful! The appliances in the kitchen looked basically brand new.

Weather or not
The weather was cloudy and cool but the sound of the waves never let you down. Enjoyed our brief stay. We are regular visitors to Gulf Shores.

A few cosmetic issues. But seriously, who cares! It was super cute, very easy beach access, and super location. We will definitely keep this on our go to list! We only had one night, but this place was stocked so I know if we were there for a week it would be awesome!

Awesome place for family vacation
Great place to go…. property right on the beach. We could actually walk out the back directly on to the beach. Property was exactly what was expected from the pictures… wish the balcony was facing the beach but the huge window view was the next best thing… We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Bad property manager
We arrived at the place 10 minutes before 4:00 PM. I called VRBO to ask if I can check in 10 minutes earlier and they said try to get in if you can go ahead. So, we tried the code and it worked. The place was extremely dirty and messy. I forgot to mention that I got a text in the morning that day saying: " our team is working on cleaning and sanitizing your place this moment so it can be ready for you when you arrive". Not sure who sent the message!! I then got a call from the Property manager trying to put the blame on me because I ARRIVED 10 MINUTES EARLIER. Lets assume that I arrived after 4:00, do you think they would have been able to clean all that mess in 10 minutes? The cleaning lady arrived 5 minutes before 4:00 ALONE to clean the whole place and get it ready on time.She was a very nice lady but came very late. SHE FINISHED AT 5:30 PM. When I complained, The lady at the property manager office that tried to put the blame on me was not nice at all, but she promised some kind of a refund for the first night. I did not get ANY REFUND until now, 10 days later. The place is nice, the location is perfect, but the building is not that clean, the stairway smells like pee, the pool is very small, and the property manager is not nice at all. Be careful, if you'll have any issues i'm not sure they'll fix it or they might just blame it on you.

Just What We Needed
New empty nesters accustomed to a location kid friendly. This location would have been great for children as well, but it offered us a central location close to the beach, with a beautiful view but also walking access to many restaurants and bars. The property was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed!
