The home is spacious, fully stocked kitchen, walking distance to the public beach, and in a quiet area. Very comfortable beds and we loved the fact our dog was able to come with us.

The home and property is absolutely amazing. The floor plan allowed lots of comfort and privacy for everyone. The pier was enjoyable to put in/ take out kayaks. The location is excellent. Close enough to walk to the beach and lots of attractions. The house was well equipped with all necessities.There were a few minor things that could be addressed . The upstairs master shower would not drain well and left about an inch of water during showering. The downstairs shower could use some kind of bench seat for comfort.The yard needed to be mowed.I am definitely looking forward to my return stay at this beautiful property.

Great beach vacation home

Loved that it was close to everything but on a quiet street. Beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture and beds. Loved the kayaks. Plenty of towels provided. Late checkout option was offered and that was really nice. Would definitely stay there again!!

No kitchen set up

Great property, nice to have 3 king beds and fenced yard for dog. But the kitchen was terrible. Only had 3 dinner plates, 6 unmatched glasses, no can opener, scuffed up no scratch cookware was unusable. Management refused to respond to numerous calls and texts other than to eventually provide a cutting board. Very surprised as house otherwise seems cared for.

Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was fairly clean but definitely needed some TLC. It was nice to have a fenced yard for the dog but it was filled with burrs and huge any hills which we had to watch our puppy closely. There was dog feces left from previous renters that we picked up because we were afraid we would be charged there really wasn’t any walking to a beach access close by. If you are carrying anything to the beach it was best to drive to a pay lot. The lagoon was nice but not really “usable.” Basically it is a house to reset at night and leave during the day.

Extremely Disappointed

Terrible experience with the management company and with the owner. When we checked in on the 2nd we reported that the AC unit wasn't working upstairs and the WiFi wasn't working in the house. The AC unit was fixed the next day so I know the message was received. I texed, messaged through system and called twice a day every day to get the wifi fixed and it was never resolved. It took 4 days to even get somebody to speak to and address this with us. The owner blamed it on the internet company and did nothing about it. I had to work and fully expected there to be working wifi at the home but instead I had to take time away from my family and find wifi elsewhere. It wasn't until we had to get firm and stay on the line for over an hour and a half to finally get somebody out to the house and he told us that the owner wasn't going to resolve it until we left. Consequently I asked for a little refund for the extreme inconvenience but of course nothing has been done. This was an extremely disappointing experience with Vacasa and especially with the owner of the home. Crazy that nothing was done for us.
