Decent little place.

Not very clean, and the furniture/condo is outdated and needs freshened up. Otherwise, nice location and the pool area was decent. Definitely whole complex needs updated including the pool, but overall not a bad experience.

Anniversary trip

Nice place. Close to the beach. Could have had a little more information in the room about the laundry and outside shower. Also the key code was way too long. Perfect time to go….not crowded at this time of the year

All was good, I would advise others that two flights of stairs was quite much when going up and down multiple times a day. Also, no RR on pool level for pool and beach meant even more steps

The home was decorated very nice. Clean furniture and clean kitchen. The spiral stairs was very nice. A little dangerous but nice. The main suit bathroom is not made for tall people. The sink and the toilet sit very low. The only negative is, I was cold and there wasn’t any blankets, like a throw blanket. Overall it was very nice. I would stay again. I also would recommend.

Disappointed 😞

The unit was waaay smaller than pictures appeared online. Was not told unit was on a 3rd floor walk up and i am disabled. Fees were almost as much as the entire 6day stay. Upstairs stayed hot while main level was freezing. Pool had too many condo issued tubes in the water. Caliber of guests were not what were used to. Bill did not show breakdown of the fees. We will not stay there again nor recommend anyone else to either. Ive used vrbo for many many yrs and this was our 1st unacceptable stay.

Ocean Reef

The property was smaller than anticipated, but was quite comfortable for my wife and I, and my son and his wife who visited for a day or two. The unit potentially sleeps 8-9 people but only has one full bath. The spiral stair was difficult to negotiate with luggage. The unit had three coffee makers, none were K-cup. We bought and left measuring cups and measuring spoons for the kitchen. Master bedroom had DVD player, but no HDMI cable to connect to TV. Only one set of batteries to swap between 2 remotes for TV and DVD player in living room. Beach was a short walk from our unit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would have been nicer with a little more attention to details. Thank you.

The only good thing was the location.

This place is a great location with so many places to eat within walking distance but that is all it has going for it. One couch is torn and the other is stained. The pillow on one couch had a stain that smelled so bad the maintenance guy just threw it away. The wall by the kitchen had stuff stuck to it that I had to scrape off with a Clorox wipe. One of the drawers in the kitchen barely opened and when you got it open it spread particle board everywhere. Two of the beds upstairs just sunk in and the third one had some gross stains on the sheets. All the curtains upstairs are broken in one way or another. The upstairs half bath had no trash can and the toilet scrub brush just sat on the ground. It could also use a shelf so you have a place to put toiletries. We did talk to the neighbors who were redoing the floors in their house and they let us look at their place and this place can look nice with a bit of work and new furniture. The place has been repainted as the pics are a different color than the actual color of the home now but even the paint was done poorly. I definitely would stay away from this place as is currently but if they put a couple grand worth of work i to it this place could be really nice. Had we not had people meeting us there we would have just moved our stay into a hotel room to have a better stay.

2025 family vacation

When we got there we could smell weed in our room. But that was no fault to the management. We didn’t care it went away or we just adapted to it. Other than that it was a clean and welcoming place to stay. We had issues with Netflix working. Again no fault to management as people before us logged in with a pin and we were locked out. We wouldn’t have cared but the grandkids were with us and it was raining so they had nothing to do. Management bought a Roku stick and no further issues. Basically a great place to stay and management was great. Took care of all of our small issues. Highly recommend would definitely stay again.

Easy

Easy to find location. Easy to access and get inside. Appreciated the supply closet and left over beach items. Easy to make yourself at home. Pool was really nice and plenty of chairs to use. The balcony is a street view; but it didn’t matter because the condo is right on the beach. Safe location. The upstairs area was more roomy than expected (bring room spray for the upstairs bathroom-no vent). Would rent again for this location and simple beach access.

Enjoyed our stay!

We were a party of 7, and the condo was comfortable for us! The rooms, beddings, furniture, everything was clean and nice! There were plenty of towels and washed clothes. I misread where it stated the washer and dryer. I thought the room had one in it, but it was actually washer and dryers for the entire condo, which was still fine. I just think they should maybe put in a change machine for quarters. Finding quarters there to wash and dry clothes was like asking for an arm and a leg. But overall we really enjoyed our stay! Loved how close to the beach we was!

Mixed review

The condo is on the third floor. There is no elevator. It's only on the second floor if you aren't counting the ground! I understand that the place is dated, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't have a nice broom. The one in the closet is probably older than me and broken. If you want the people staying there to clean up after themselves, provide a nice broom for all the sand you know we are dragging in. Also, please provide more linens. There were no extra towels if anyone spilled something. Or if we needed to clean up the kitchen. Other than that, the condo was perfect for the vacation and served its purpose. We were able to make/eat food, sleep, and get on the beach quickly. The shower had amazing water pressure.
