“Excellent breakfast. Noisy floors above room could hear every footfall. Staff checked me into a room that was locked and under maintenance requiring me to trek back to the front desk and get a new room assigned. Made key incorrectly and yelled down the hall that I needed to come back for a new key. Good food. Noisy including airport noise. Poor front desk. Great location shares parking with Hilton Garden Inn.”

“Good staff clean hotel however the bums come in and get coffee and breakfast. To me that is so unsanitary for us paying customers . I did relay my concern to staff and it was just written off as not an issue. I was told they just got coffee but no that got food also I informed the staff”

“I love this little hotel the Art Nuevo style was so fun. I enjoyed everything from the location of historic Gulfport to the beach. The hotel is extremely clean and liens and pillows were high quality.”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! My experience went from unsafe conditions due to the five vehicles where people were sleeping in cars to a room that had a softball size rust spot in tub, carpeting that was incredibly dirty to garbage left in hallway because can was overflowing and fridge that was severely rusted. I contacted front desk and received an attitude of complete annoyance at my request to send security to check out the people sleeping in their vehicles”

“This hotel was perfect for our anniversary getaway. From the location across from the beach toa very helpful staff, everything was great! We're already looking forward to our next trip.”

“The water smells so bad and compound was good”

“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”
