So here's what happened to me on Saturday I noticed when I walked out that there was people in the pool and when I looked down at them they become upset because they could see that I could plainly see that they were smoking marijuana from a pipe now I personally don't care it's the fact that they had kids around that I didn't appreciate them doing that but that's their kids their choice so they gave me an evil look and then gather their things like I was going to run and call the police or something the issue I had is that later that night they put their children up to sticking gum inside my lug nuts on my tires that was the issue I had because there were other people at the hotel also using marijuana inside the rooms outside in the back but there was no children around them and as I said I never called or told no one anything because I don't really care I didn't even really care if they have their kids around them but I guess they thought I did and if anyone was there Saturday they would know the police never came Saturday or Sunday cuz I didn't tell nobody anything but however my car was vandalized for it.

The front desk usually will till you about breakfast or the wifi password but they didn't. I was just handed my room key and told where our room was. They have poor customer service.

I was disappointed that room was not once cleaned or towels replaced or bed made during my stay…perhaps that is the norm for hotels today…but I am happy to stay Super 8 everywhere I travel because it suits my needs…i.e. I need lower beds and less deep tubs…

All amenities were not properly working when we first arrived ( tv/remote, and coffee pot never worked when plugged up) but the night service attendants were helpful (Stormy, and the black lady ( I can’t remember her name) but she even came up to the room to serve us) the maintenance man came to service the tv, overall the room was neat and clean, thanks again.

The room they gave me was dirty. The bed wasn't made. The chair was in the middle of the room with the trash can filled with ashes. Looked like someone was smoking in the room. Alao, the toilet had pee in it and dirty tp. I took a video and showed it to the front desk. They assigned me another room. I made sure the new room was cleaned, as best as it can be. If i wasn't exhausted from driving 9 hours, i would have asked for a refund and gone to another hotel. I woll not be coming back to this one.

Not too great
Great service at the desk, but the room was not well kept. AC was not working and the room was so dusty and smelled terrible. Blankets had cigarette burns as well and was locked out of my room due to key randomly stopped working. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend staying there unless they care better for the property.

Desk attendant very friendly and accommodating. It was a good bang for the buck overall as a place to stay in Gulfport. We sold our home and we're between buying a new home and stayed at places all over the Gulfport and Biloxi areas and this is definitely one of the ones we continue to go back to. Little bit noisy at times with some of the customers that seem to be staying there a little bit more long-term but it ended early so we got a great night's sleep and a clean room.

Nasty nasty nasty and when I complained the clerk acted like it was nothing and he did not care. Flors wasn’t mop in months. Literally had spot from spills. Sheet was nasty and had bed digs. Towels was so nasty I couldn’t use them.

Would not stay again.
Beds hard, tub, sink, floors dirty. Hair and mold in bathroom. Requested non-smoking, room did not smell too bad but sheets had several burn holes. Pillows stunk on body funk and one pillow case had several "what i hope to be" stains!
