"We had a relaxing stay in this waterfront getaway. The owners were welcoming and accommodating. They gave us a comprehensive tour of the property at the beginning of our stay and promptly answered our questions when they arose. The property was spotlessly clean, the kitchen well equipped, and the linens plentiful. We especially appreciated the classy, antique furniture."

"The house was perfect for us. It was super clean, the beds were all comfortable, and there was plenty of comfortable furniture to gather on. We appreciated that toilet paper, soap, dish soap, coffee filters, etc. were provided. The location was idyllic and serene. It was like staying in an Andrew Wyeth painting. It was the perfect place to have the family gather to cheer on our Ironman!"

"Everything was good, standard hotel/motel stuff: little coffee pot, mini-fridge, microwave, tv,a/c - everything worked as expected, furniture, carpeting, lights, bathroom all looked newish and everything was very clean. Desk folk were pleasant, didn’t have much interaction. The big plus is the location, right by a huge marina (if you like looking at boats) and the Calvert Marine Museum- combines natural history and the commercial history of the area, has the Drum Point lighthouse (you can tour) and a boat tour of Patuxent Harbor, plus fossils, river otters, fish. Calvert Cliffs / Flag Pond parks are a 10 minute drive if you want to dig for fossils yourself. So: comfortable place, very reasonably priced, close to all sorts of stuff; definitely worth it."

"The house was beautiful.It is an aging home a little wear and tear but nothing that interfered with our trip. It is in a remote area, we did not have any WiFi for the first 2 days but it did pop on on the first clear sunny day."
