Experience the charm of Gunnison in our inviting 3-bedroom townhouse. Enjoy a spacious living area with a fireplace and reclining sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, and well appointed upstairs bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen. Located minutes from world class skiing, hiking, fishing, and biking. Less than 1 mile from downtown Gunnison, shops, restaurants and river access. Crested Butte is a short 30 mile drive. The free RTA bus is an added bonus for an easy and relaxing way to and from CB. Pickup and drop off stops are minutes from our front door. Additional house amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV's, W/D, and garage parking. Our neighborhood is family friendly and a short walk to CharMar Park. Photos of the river and cattle are from our walks along the Van Tuyl Trail accessible from the park. Book your stay today! We look forward to hosting you!

Please don’t wait to book this beautiful property!! We stayed two nights here for Western’s Homecoming weekend, and it was perfect! The home is gorgeous with beautiful local decor and artwork. The living room and common areas are so comfy that it was almost impossible to get off the extra roomie recliner couches when it was time for bed. The bedrooms were perfectly sized with plenty of closet space and the most comfortable beds imaginable. The home was immaculately clean, and had really every amenity you can think of, from hair and body products in the showers to ziplock baggies in the closet, as well as stadium seats for the football game we attended (so helpful, since it was pouring rain)! The hosts were so friendly and amazing communicators who made us feel so welcome in their property. We will absolutely be back to stay here again. Thank you, John and Sara!
