“This was such a disappointment to arrive at a Run down filthy place that did not match the photos .We immediately contacted the host for a refund. We took photos, for the host but he was not interested in seeing the condition of his property. He informed me that he lives hours away .He sent someone to the property where we showed her why we could not comfortably sleep in this nasty environment. The owner agreed to refund our money.I will spare the ugly photos and details. As a business owner……

“The house is adorable. Nice decor and a simple layout. Perfect location for us to visit friends in Montrose and the town of Delta is so friendly. Main Street was fun. Restaurants, and shops were fun. We have two dogs and the front fenced in yard was perfect. The house is close to walking trails and parks. Very clean house and easy to keep clean. The neighborhood is quiet- even the middle school down the street was great. Kitchen amenities were just right. Coffee station was well stocked……

“I rented the Carriage house for my two children and myself while my Sister and Brother rented the main house for their families. We were all on the same property, with plenty of room and gathering space. The Carriage House is updated, great AC, and wonderful studio apartment feel. Next time I am in town to visit family, I will look to see if the carriage house is available to stay at again!”
