Beautiful sunsets on the Lake from our cottage

Welcome to our Cozy Lake House Cottage. Beautiful sunsets on the lake right across the street with a nice view. Newly renovated 1960’s cottage - 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with original hardwood floors. Pool table in garage, Charcoal bbq grill, huge partially screened in back porch, large front patio with outdoor dining. Electric fireplace, flat screen TV with WiFi and cable, high speed internet and an office desk should you need to work while you’re there. Paved walking trail across the street that follows the lake. Food/shopping 2 minutes away. Large flat driveway for boats. Come and relax and unwind at our lake cottage with amazing sunsets and Mountain View’s right out the front door. We are no longer allowing pets at this property due to issues with people not pre approving, paying the fee or trying to sneak them in. IF YOU BRING A PET YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $500 fee and will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

Wonderful
What a wonderful home with a view of Guntersville Lake. The house was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect and close to everything. My favorite part was every morning I would sit on the front porch with my coffee and enjoy the view. The owners were wonderful to work with. We will definitely come again.

Great spot near the lake
Enjoyed a quiet weekend near the lake--enjoyed walking path right across street from the house and restaurants at City Harbor and just sitting on swings by the water over there. Really loved the lunch we had at Cafe 336 I think it was called--incredible salad and strawberry pretzel dessert. House is close to a Publix which was super handy.

We had a cousin weekend and loved the house & location. I would recommend getting the dishwasher fixed and maybe tv’s in each room. Other than that we enjoyed our weekend. Nathan (the host) was great!

The view from the front porch was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a very nice home with a great view of the lake.
