"We stayed here when we got stuck in Scottsboro due to icy roads. The staff was nice and helped us secure two rooms. The other hotels were booked and we thought we would sleep in the car. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable . It could use a little remodeling but for the price it was good. "

The shops would have been good to visit if I had more time, but I got into town on a Mon. at 4:45p & the neat little shops were closed from what I could tell. Loved all the lakes or the water off the Tennessee River just off the roads.

We were disappointed that the only restaurants open on Sunday evening on Labor Day weekend were fast food chains, where we'd already had lunch, and at our hotel. Everything else in Guntersville was closed.

"We rented this house for a family get together in July. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, fishing in the lake, grilling on the deck and playing in the spacious yard. The gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Sam was super accommodating and responsive!"
"This Home2 is in a great location. The staff from the front desk to the people cleaning the rooms/grounds were very pleasant to talk/deal with. My wife loved the bathroom due to its spaciousness and cleanliness. We would highly recommend this establishment to any weary traveler or weekend getaway. Plenty to do within walking distance. Just an all-around great experience, we will be back!"

"We loved this place! We've stayed down the road before, but we were looking for a better dock - this was the winner! Amazing - all the nieces and nephew's loved it.A small housekeeping glitch upon arrival through no fault of their own, but the hosts more than took care of it.Neighbors are good as well and we'll definitely be back."

"Very nice neighborhood, private, quiet, great view off your deck. Roomy and comfortable. We were busy enjoying Guntersville and friends, so we didn't spend time in the room much. Our host invited us to use the dock to catch or try to catch some fish. Just enjoyed our time with friends and High Park Falls. At the end of the day, comfortable, quiet place to stay. Also made it to Muscle Shoals studio."
