I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.

Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. Staff, location and the room are all great. Anytime we go to Huntsville, this is always our go to and have yet to be disappointed.

The property has great views and direct access to to the river. Early January was mostly vacant which was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we wanted. Hot tub needs lots of maintenance, only 20 of the 42 jets were working and the control panel was unreadable. The owner said that repair was scheduled. ...
