It did not state limits on guests, vehicles or that the owner was the host and lived on site, which wasn’t a problem when I found out at check in, until she started coming onto the property ...

Host was amazing, answered all questions in a timely manner. House was clean and stocked. Beds comfortable plenty of blankets and pillows. Centrally location-based. Enjoyed our trip would stay again.
