“This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! “Fantastic hotel, great staff and service. Everything was on point.”

“Everything was perfect. Staff are helpful. We had a wonderful stay.”

“Clean room, very friendly staff. All request were promptly answered. Breakfast buffet could use more variety.”

“I like the river view of my room and this is my 2nd time visit in 2026. Deeply appreciate for the birthday cake and roses from the hotel.”

We were disappointed that we were given city view instead of the bund view even though we have booked for 8 days. Should have indicated if not cancel the booking. Counter staff was not friendly on the day we arrived. (Arrived at around 8 pm) Only one guy at counter and he looked tired. He even gave us the wrong key for one of our rooms and we have to keep all our……
