"Excellent staff, service and central location. Very close to subway station that connects to all over Seoul. Airport bus stops on same side of street as hotel and within a 2min walk to hotel. Great breakfast buffet to start the day. 5min walk to Myeongdong shopping and night life, but far enough from the noise. Would highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel has great amenities and is in a great location. A point for improvement is around the cleaning of the room. Some days our bins were emptied and other days not, cups were not always cleaned or replaced and water not restocked. Breakfast spread was great. As someone with allergens could benefit from an allergen menu, although staff tried to be the most accommodating. Our room was on the third floor and there was some noise in the mornings from the neighbouring building where there are reversing vehicles. All things considered, lovely hotel."
