Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean.
Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes.
Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay.

Pros: location is in Seomyeon no lack of food choices all around the hotel. There’s cafe and convenience store right at level 1. Clean and spacious, TV is smart and comes with Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus app etc.
Cons: centralized aircon system = need to open window for ventilation. However the design of windows in bathroom means it is very cold when you head to showers. Also, there’s a lot of nightlife activities way into the early morning 3-4am so opening window also means you need to be prepared for the noise coming from the street. I suppose if you stay at this hotel in the summer where AC is self-controlled it will be a 5-star stay.

Staff was courteous. View was really nice, but there were previous stains in the couch from who knows what that made me not want to sit there and the room was way too hot. It was always 29-31.5 degrees C in there and they said it couldn’t be changed so they offered a portable fan
