“needs to improve., theyre Staff has to be more friendly and accomodating, Aircon is on and off, two guests has to share 1 towel and 1 tea cup, I would say room is fair clean, The only thing I like this place is its close to the Airport”

“Staff of the hotel said they are not aware of my booking, the manager was nowhere to be found and not responding or answering the phone call. After an hour and 20min , I had to make an alternative booking in another hotel. I will be definitely be asking for a refund.”

“No Free breakfast as promised, no Restaurant, No utensils in the kitchen, leaking AC, smelly Kitchennette in the room, mosquitoes in th rooms. They should just rent out the whole house and leave servic appartment business and do buy and sell business ”
