“The two beds are good for two person sharing in one bed, so total 4 persons can stay. The shampoo and shower gel use are very good. They don't refill coffee and teabag on daily basis. Bottles of water are provided. The area around the hotel is outside town, close to hanok village which is 5 mins by taxi. The village are with lights on at night so is pretty. The village housing are with hanok outlook by inside is mordern guestroom with traditional deco. ”

“第一次和家人來韓國玩，我們想體驗住在韓屋的感覺，因此選擇了拉揚韓屋谷傑姆飯店（Laon Hanok Gguljam）。這間飯店地點非常好，就位於韓屋村入口的馬路旁，叫計程車或有大型行李都非常方便！老闆在2樓經營咖啡廳，1樓是住宿，環境十分整潔有品味，晚上十分安靜舒適，很溫馨！ 早上還準備了簡單的自助早餐：吐司、水果、咖啡、牛奶等，讓我們能吃飽飽的穿韓服～ 我們非常愛拉揚韓屋谷傑姆飯店Laon Hanok Gguljam 飯店～ 全州真的很棒，有機會到全州的話，一定要來拉揚韓屋谷傑姆飯店Laon Hanok Gguljam 飯店住一晚！ ”

“New & Clean. Over all good enough. However, 1. There is no way to load & unload the suit case in front of the hotel - it is located at such a heavy traffic busy road without any pulling in space. Only place to do is back alley where parking garage entrance is. 2.Check in process was not so organized (might be because it was weekend & they were too busy) - out of 3staffs - one staff had NO professional etiquette at all. If you are staying several nights - they do not clean your room unless……

“我們提早到了，本應4點check in 但剛有空房可以提早12點半check in,服務員很細心，訂5人房太後來6人住都沒有加錢！下次必定再入住！”

“Nice hotel, with lots extras, free toast sandwiches, free drinks, coffee, pop corn. Free facial mask and beauty pack. Nice and friendly staff, Indoor parking space. Personal computer facilities in room. Minor cleanliness issues includes the cups and electric kettle, towels are relatively hard.”

“Very convenient location. Small boutique hotel, run by a small team of staff who have to multi task, but this is also what made the hotel much more personal experience. Staff spoke minimal English but this did not stop them trying to help, excellent serevice. The breakfast was not much, a hot drink and some toast but for the price of the hotel and Jeonju having so many places to choose to eat this was not an issue nor impacted our hotel experience. Rooms are big, with very comfortable bed……

“This hotel was better than I expected. Lovely big room and the hotel is in easy walking distance of the main Hanok area. There is a convenience store and a well known bakery nearby. The only negative, which was not the hotels fault, was that there were roadworks all night long. They should be complete by now. ”

“다 좋았습니다만, 아쉬운 점은 바닦에 자는데 방바닦 청소 상태가 너무 안좋았습니다. 최소 하루에 한번정도는 물걸레 청소를 하셔야 할것 같네요. ㅠㅠ”

“Kama Hotel is a very good hotel. We had stayed there for a week. Staff members were very caring and welcoming. They booked taxi, bus and KTX for us. And recommended us different site seeing spots. We had a very memorable stay there. We were very impressed by the hospitality of the hotel.”

“An authentic hanok stay experience. Even though the owner does not speak English, she was very hospitable and was prepared with English introduction, instructions and a map of the area. ”

“The hotel is a bit far comparing to the others which is in the same district which you need to walk about 10 mins from the main shopping streets. They only provide one towel for showering for a room of maximum of 3 persons' room, even have asked for extra and they said they could provide one big towel only. Also, the towels are dirty which you could see the dirt obviously. Other stuff in the room is fine but just the bed is bit hard, so if you want a comfortable bed, this may not be your……

“房間是很寬闊的,但設施不足,連潄口杯也一樣要用飲水的小紙杯,睡床偏硬,大家要考慮接受否!花灑間和浴缸都沒浴簾,洗澡後浴室全濕了,太麻煩！房間裡有電腦供應,也算是貼心,有三人沙發看大電視,活動區也算大,放三個行李箱也可以,但房內沒有衣櫃掛衫,奇怪! 優點是全韓式早餐好好吃,阿朱媽服務很好👍,接待人員英文可以溝通的,代叫的士也很周到,會出門外向司機再交待地點免出錯，服務值就很高！附近有便利店和食店,還可以!”
