"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location, price, and proximity to Tokyo Disney are unbeatable.
The room was cleaned by staff to excellent condition but the window of our room was poorly maintained. There was mold growing under the window sealant. The sealant should be replaced.
The sealant was also broken in some areas, leading to moisture buildup into the room. My wife was feeling sick every morning because of the musty condition. The moisture issue needs to be fixed."

Only complaint is the room carpets were a bit rough nothing not super bad but definitely older besides that was excellent
Also breakfast was excellent and a nice surprise didnt realize it was included when we booked it"
