Great staff that was friendly and very helpful. Great location, just minutes away from the popular Shinjuku shops, restaurants, and arcades. The only downside was the bathroom smelled like mold and there was mold on the walls in the bathroom. It was a short stay and we told the staff, so hopefully they address it.

Staff was great. Location specially during the summer was ok, not much around. It's about 10 min walking from the train station and you have to walk to Ueno park about 10 min too. You have a Lawson in the corner and a small 7-Eleven crossing the street, not much more. We had the family room and it was enough space, I wouldn't call it spacious. The room had microwave, refrigerator and even a range. That was very welcomed.

very smooth entry. staff are very kind very helpful and respectful. much enjoyed my stay. Japan in summer is very hot the air conditioning in the room saved me.
