雖然美其名是家飯店，但是很多東西不到位。 像是整個房間包含廁所都沒有垃圾桶與袋子可裝垃圾，隔天直接在滾筒廁紙上放了一個沒打開的塑膠袋給房客，就這樣! 我們房裡的廁所玻璃上，竟然還有橫著一條施工用的木條，還沒移除! 設計也很有問題，睡覺時Wi-Fi機的藍光強度讓人睡不著，起來上廁所，玻璃透出的廁所光也會把正在睡覺的人亮醒，實在沒考慮過睡覺時場景的設計。 最扯的是，沒有被套，枕頭套，完全就是裸露的，很扯，讓人覺的不舒服，沒被尊重。 更扯的是我隔天為櫃台經理說你們都不給被套還有枕頭套的嗎？ 她竟然說應該是房務忘了，她會跟下面說，就直接給我們check out 了，也沒看到她處理啊！ 重點是房務在我們吃早餐時已經進去整理過，一樣沒有被套與枕頭套，而且我看了別間的內部，也都沒有，所以是這間飯店的基本! 直接讓我聯想到每個房客都用同樣沒枕套套的枕頭與被如不，這不是很髒嗎？ 突然覺得全身癢，吃完早餐馬上又洗澡，然後快速離開這間"飯店"了 他們真的該找有經驗的人來管理，因為很糟糕。 早餐也不好吃，覺得好吃的竟然是最普通的英式豆子，這種不會失敗的罐頭料理，就可想像了 所以我絕對不會再來，怎麼有臉說這個是飯店，沒睡過沒被單沒枕頭套的床。

The Azur was the perfect hotel for our stay. It was centrally located and loved that it was across the street from the promenade for morning walks. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was the perfect start to the day. The pool facility was right across the street. There were lots of restaurants and pubs to visit in the evening.

My room was immaculately clean and was a good size. However, there were a lot of issues that spoilt my stay. Air conditioning set to 24 degrees. Apparently set and cannot be changed in March. Room very hot and stuffy. Patio doors could be opened, however both adjacent rooms chain-smoking on balcony all night and therefore door had to be closed for this reason. At breakfast I was not allowed to fill my small bottle with water. I was asked to leave it outside. This was despite the fact I only had coffee and toast for breakfast and was not asking to take out food or juice. Breakfast items were of cheap quality. Bacon was mostly fat, swimming in grease. Bread was very cheap processed bread. The croissants were small and hard and cake very undercooked. Fruit salad consisted of browning apple with either pieces of orange or whole grapes. No whole fruit available. No healthy choices except a small section of Laura lettuce tomato slices and cucumber. Swimming pool only available at another site. Pictures of sun loungers on the Expedia website do not correspond to the hotel. There is also no waterfront at the hotel. Hotel is tucked down a side street, which I was not expecting. Local restaurants ok although difficult to find healthy choices. Stay OK but I wouldn’t recommend to friends or family. Malta beautiful though!

Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The gym is small but has some equipment. Pool available at a nearby property about half a block away. Extensive hot breakfast provided on the property. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is part of the Novotel group so that is the standard of service. My room was spacious and well equipped, with a large window leading to a balcony, kettle with tea and coffee provided, a small fridge, a safe, aircon, good lightings spread throughout, plenty of power sockets of both english and european format, good storage space, excellent wi fi and a large screen tv. Very good bed too. The bathroom was comfortable with enough towels provided, liquid soap and shampoo and a hair dryer. Everything was clean, the staff is attentive and do well their job. Good breakfast choice and quality. The area is unattractive, with a succession of tourist trap eateries (all 5 star reviewed on some website…) on the sea front and ugly concrete flats at the back, but it is excellent for transport with bus stops two minutes away (including a bus that takes you to and from the airport) from the hotel entrance and boats and ferries within ten minutes walking.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The personnel were extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay, and the breakfast was really good with a nice variety of options. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels were quite old and thin and could definitely use replacing. The bathroom also had some visible stains on the tiles here and there, which affected the overall impression of cleanliness. The most annoying issue was the kitchen smell—particularly the fried sausage smell—which was noticeable in the lobby, the lift, and sometimes even in the rooms. If the hotel could address the smell issue and refresh some of the bathroom textiles, it would make a big difference. With those improvements, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed at Azur Hotel for a week during my apartment search in Malta and it genuinely exceeded expectations. The room was spotless - everything felt fresh and well-maintained, which says a lot about how seriously ST Hotels takes their properties. Special mention to Ivan at the reception - he was incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. The location in Gzira is perfect - walking distance to Sliema waterfront, great cafes nearby, and a calm neighborhood at the same time. I'll definitely be coming back in March for an extended stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable base in central Malta.

A wonderful experience. The front desk were friendly and helpful, hello Anthony, and our room was well looked after by Isham.
