「Everything was excellent, the room was clean, the food and staff at breakfast in the morning was lovely and the atmosphere in the hotel is so welcoming. There was on front desk person who wasn't particularly friendly and didn't even look at me when I was asking for some information. That hasn't been my experience in the past when I've stayed there.」

「The property was well kept and clean. The TV system is antiquated and does not work well. We had to change rooms upon arrival because the A/C system wasn't working properly in our first room. Additionally, repeatedly we had to get our room key re-coded or replaced multiple times during the week we were there. The Staff said they were having problems with their system, but this was a huge annoyance. Additionally, they were having staffing problems so housekeeping was not reliable/available...

「Staff were bend-over-backward helpful and worked together at all levels which was refreshing. The facility is being run to max profit with $6 liters of water and expensive wine and food for sale. The room was clean but there was no luggage rack for suitcases. 」

The carpet was very dirty the furniture was very outdated and scratched up really bad. The nightstand lamp was rusted, and the shade was cracked up. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly.」
