"Amazing Staff! "

"The room was clean, sound proof (my room was at the back of the property), spacious and sufficient in room services for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu was limited but food was of good quality and taste. The only point for improvement would be the speed at which requests are fulfilled. Eg: my room lacked towels, water and tea making ingredients. I had to ask a couple of times for them to be sent over to the room. They eventually arrived. Other than that, its a great location for a really good hotel."

"Rooms were a great size, with enough space to work remotely. Rooms and hotel was in new, recently renovated condition and didn't show any signs of age. Staff were lovely throughout! The smallest complaint was that wifi was sometimes a bit slow "

"Good location with shops close by. Lovely breakfast area. Decent sized well kitted out clean rooms. Friendly staff but could be more clued on and efficient. "

"Overall wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff are super helpful generally. However breakfast is although a huge spread, the quality of the food is iffy. At times the scrambled eggs were dry and chewy, the dosa colorless and limp, the chutney was mainly water. A surprising thing for this property since it’s otherwise stellar. And in a city like Bengaluru, it’s a shame to have a poor meal in a classy hotel when a smaller establishment offers hygienic, cheap and delicious fare. "
