I had an absolutely amazing stay at Meritel Hanoi! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Their hospitality was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was like a birthday cake—sweet, delightful, and perfect in every way! Every detail, from the amenities to the ambiance, was top-notch. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay onboard Genesis regal cruise. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too.much trouble. The food was delicious and plentiful. The activities were well run and always on time. You could choose to do everything on offer, or skip those you were not so interested in. Whenever you returned back to the ship from an activity, staff were there to welcome you back on board and hand you a refreshing drink. I really cannot fault it in any way and would love to return one day.

Amazing

The cruise was amazing and very well organised from the moment we booked until we checked out and got to our next hotel. All the staff was very courteous and helpful, always smiling and always with a quick response to our needs. The transfers were very smooth, Tracy organized the transfers for us, we want to thank her especially for helping with the transfer to TAm Coc, she booked a bus for us which was a nice minivan with comfortable seats, similar to the transfer from HAnoi, which dropped us right in front of our hotel in TAm Coc!Our panoramic room was amazing. We felt like floating in Halong Bay. The room was spacious, very clean, with amazing huge windows, and nicely decorated in Indochinese style. We also got a complimentary wine bottle which we enjoyed on the magnificent terrace. Also, free drinking water was provided upon request, it was a great feature for us, since we drink a lot of water and also use it for teeth brushing. Regarding the activities, we only participated in the boat trip and spring rolls making, which we enjoyed a lot. Not the least, the food was very good and sufficient, and also the cocktails were very good. I would definitely recommend the Genesis Regal Cruise! The only downside was we only stayed for one night. I would totally recommend 2 nights!

We are in Vietnam for the first time and Ha Long Bay is likely a once in a lifetime opportunity for us. I read countless reviews and watched videos all recommending genesis. We booked the 2 night cruise so that we weren’t rushed and we cannot recommend it enough. Everyone that was leaving after 1 night was wishing they stayed 2. The staff are incredible, activities optional and the food is excellent and plentiful. You won’t regret booking this cruise

We had 2 beautiful nights on the Regal Genesis and could not rate the trip and the staff and the ship more highly. Halong and Lan Ha Bays are incredibly beautiful and have to be seen in person to be believed. The cycling side trip to Viet Ha village was a personal highlight for us. Our cruise director Vinny was warm and welcoming and had a great sense of humour, and was very knowledgeable about the bays and their histories and the environment. The food on the ship was incredible, so fresh and appetising. The cocktails were delicious and affordable. I did not want to leave the ship and could have easily and happily stayed longer. They arranged our transfers from Hanoi at the start of the trip in a very comfortable mini bus and to Haiphong at the end of the trip by provate car. Every aspect of the cruise was perfect in my eyes and well worth the price.

Great way to see Halong Bay

Ship was only 7 months old. Beautiful large rooms, attentive staff, good good. The clawfoot bathtub facing the bay was something out of a dream. The staff tried hard cater to all your needs. We took the 2 day cruise which I would recommend because one night was just not enough.

Linh and her team cultivated an excellent experience with a high level of attentiveness and an eye for detail. Our room was spectacular and exceeded our expectations.
