“Would stay again, cute little lodge 1 mile from badlands national park. Nothing around the hotel so make sure to get essentials in Wall, SD beforehand. ”

“In spite of the very tiny room, it was very charming. Spotlessly clean and as modern as it could be. The owner checked me in and she was very pleasant. Unfortunately, through no fault of the hotel, the Budweiser Clydesdales stayed in the room directly above mine and they appeared to be running drills about 5AM. I would certainly stay here again.”

“If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! We arrived at the Love Hotel in Murdo and the entire place looked deserted, not a single car in the parking lot, no staff, no lights, absolutely nobody at the front desk. We tried calling, ringing the bell, waiting… nothing. It honestly looked abandoned. Which come to find out, locals from the town said it had been vacant for the last 3 months! Because there was literally NO ONE there to check us in, we ended up having to find another hotel late at night……

“No one at the hotel, AT ALL, office doors locked, lights out, no instructions, phone number, nothing. Called the hotel number listed online, no answer, no voicemail. Out of desperation we called the other hotel at this exit to see if they had a room, they didn't. In conversation, they said "oh we own that hotel too, you can check in over here" (across the highway). Same deal with icemaker and breakfast, "you can come across the highway to get ice and breakfast." We'll never get off at the……
