There is always no staff at the reception. You need to ring a bell and wait as they are to busy serving at the restaurant or bar. I emailed as I left something behind, but there is no response so far. Though the view is good at the backyard.

Fantastic, cosy and atmospheric place in an amazing location. We loved absolutely everything about our stay here. Such a gem and the spa bath was incredible.
